    To become a teacher there are many necessary skills that are important for applying for a job. Some are more important than others, but the main one is communication.

    No teacher will succeed if they don't have good communication skills. Clear, concise, and to the point the better your communication skills are, the easier your lessons will be. For example if you don't want to listen to what your students have to tell you, they will loss interest in your class in on you. Interchange of thoughts is the main component if you want to triumph as a teacher.

    Different kids learn in different ways, and some lessons need unique teaching tools. Good teachers know how to adapt their lesson plan to their students, so that all the kids learn optimally, in other words adaptability. This trait can take some experience and practice in a classroom setting, so adapt to every student rhythm is very important. To emphasizes not all students learn in the same way, and some of this learning process need exclusive guidance tools.

    You can never know too much when you are a teacher, especially when it comes to the best way to teach your students. Great teachers are constantly looking for ways to expand their horizons with courses, workshops, and seminars. In other words constant learning.
When you become a professor  the most optimal way to make your students understand you, is by improving what you know and keep learning.
